Refunds :-  

All items purchased from our website, Chans-Antique.com, are not refundable. 

Refund will only be made, base on the following exceptions :-

1.  For Shipping by Air freight. 

1.1  Normally for items shipped by air freight to major airports, the estimated time of arrival is within 10 days. Chans-Antique.com, will notify you by our confirmed email on the estimated date of arrival to your destination airport, base on the availability of your item.  

 

1.2  Grace period - A grace period of 30 days is required from our estimated date of arrival to your airport. This grace period is in case of unforeseen circumstances delaying your shipment.  

 

1.3   However, if you still have not received you items after this 30 days grace period, please notify us by email immediately. Only after 30 days from the date of your email notification and you still have not received your shipment, you will have the right to cancel your order and we will refund your payment made, less bank charges. 

2.  For Shipping by Sea Freight.

2.1  Normally for items shipped by sea freight to major ports, the estimated time of arrival is within 40 days.

Chans-Antique.com, will notify you by our confirmed email on the estimated date of arrival to your destination port, base on the availability of your item.

 

2.2  Grace period - A grace period of 30 days is required from our estimated date of arrival to your port. This grace period is in case of unforeseen circumstances delaying your shipment.  

 

2.3   However, if you still have not received you items after this 30 days grace period, please notify us by email immediately. Only after 30 days from the date of your email notification and you still have not received your shipment, you have the right to cancel your order and we will refund your payment made, less bank charges.

Damaged of Items :- 

Items sold on our website, Chans-Antique.com, are based on the c.i.f value, where insurance coverage is included. Therefore, should there be damages on arrival, you can file in a claim, with our insurance representative, in your respective country, immediately.

Expenses incurred :-

Your shipping costs depend on the methods we offer in our website and/or, options you choose.  C.i.f. is the price from Phuket to your destination port only. The buyer will be responsible for all other charges incurred.
